(1) The court shall register the following appeal:-
(a) appeal within the period prescribed by law,
(b) The manner in accordance with the Act and this regulation has been reached and the details to be mentioned accordingly have been mentioned,
(c) The amount due for the appeal fee is attached to the bank voucher filed in the bank specified by the court,
(d) A copy of the decision made by the relevant agency or official is clearly understood and duly submitted.
(2) In the case that the appeal is not submitted and returned in accordance with sub-section (3) of Section 11 of the Act, such appeal shall be filed if the appeal is brought within the time limit specified in Section 12 of the Act.
